I recently attended a webinar given by the Law Firm of Ogletree Deakins in regards to Ebola and what employers need to know. The presentation described how an employer’s actions could have implications with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Workers’ Compensation.
There is also a need to understand how to disseminate information to your employees, how the virus is spread and its symptoms. In response to these needs, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has supplied us with an excellent, fact-filled flyer/poster for you and your employees. Please click

If you have questions about a possible Ebola-related situation in your organization, feel free to call the HR experts at Achilles Group, 281-469-1800.
