Matthew brings a depth of experience as a recruiter in both a virtual and face-to face setting, with a focus on technology roles to include Software Engineers, Data Research and Security, and Marketing. He has also been a core point of contact to arrange for the recruitment, onboarding, and orientations of hundreds of seasonal workers. Matthew has gained experience with Achilles TalentConnection Services, J1 Visa arrangements, background checks, orientation processes, salary market reviews, job descriptions, handbook and policy development and in preparing the results of employee engagement surveys.

Matthew has engaged with clients across multiple industries to include Non-Profit / Faith Based, Technology, Entertainment, Petro Chem, Senior Living, Banking, Oil Field Services, Aviation Consulting, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Hospitality. He is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelors in Business Management with a Concentration in Human resources.

Matthew enjoys NASCAR and F1 Racing, live music and as a native of Nacogdoches, Texas, Matthew now calls Houston home and is becoming a big fan of the Houston Astros.
